This turns out to be a brief nod to the SyFy television channel, a station that has become partially famous for it’s odd monster mashups. Octocobra is not one of them, but SyFy does feature other gems such as: Dinocroc, Supergator, Dinoshark, Sharktopus and Mansquito.
