Okay can I just say that this moment made me love Daryl completely. She was hurting because of her daughter and even though he wasn’t sure what to say he was there. Just sat down so she knew he was there if she needed. Later when Lori came in he was still just sitting there with her. He didn’t talk but just stayed. It might just be me personally but that gesture means the world. I think everyone, sadly, knows the hurt a loss can have on you and you’re not sure what to do with yourself. You’re bad company but you want someone around you so you’re not alone. Daryl did this for her. I wish I would have had someone like Daryl in my past when I dealt with a lot of loss.
